UNITED STATES NAVY – Various Locations

Program Manager October 2015-November 2018

· Managed and implemented 12 large scale aerospace projects, four programs, contributing to three portfolios, throughout the Navy’s Aeronautical Intermediate Maintenance facilities, resulting in the functionality and repair of all weapons systems and avionics valued at an excess of $1.5 billion.

· Leads all organizational design plans and cross functional communication with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring all program milestones are completed, and financial accuracy and delivery schedules are correct for project implementation and operational turnover.

· Managed 30 remote piloted unmanned air vehicles valued at $600 million dollars while initiating, designing and implementing the training curriculum for 450 operator/maintenance teams and certifying 300 technicians one year ahead of schedule and 22% under budget at a cost savings of $250 million dollars.

· Designed programmatic instruction for $250 million logistical items, 750 personnel requirements, and all supporting items ranging from employment to program turnover and sustainment.

Maintenance/Logistics Director May 2010- June 2015

· Coordinated all daily, long-range planning, and logistical asset movement valued at $500 million in support of aviation combat operations, resulting in a 17% increase in aircraft readiness.

· Planned, designed, and implemented in-depth maintenance processes that capitalized on just in time inventory, procurement, accurate scheduling and delivery of high value/critical items essential to aerospace production valued at an excess of $500 million dollars.

· Acted as the Director of Human Resources, writing over 250 performance evaluations per year while providing career and personnel development programs to 200 employees in support of Talent Management and Succession Planning, increasing personnel skills and qualifications by 60%.

Executive Academic Director and Lead Instructor for the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training January 2014- February 2017

· Managed a staff of 45 instructors, four departments and 82 courses of instruction; led the training and development of all staff and student personnel in support of curriculum development and instructor certification.

· Instructed classes of 25 students per course in electrical theory, weapons delivery, flight controls, military/customs traditions, organizational leadership, maintenance management and speech fundamentals in direct support of Navy and Marine Corps succession planning providing replacement technicians and fully qualified technicians to the mission.

· Excelled the graduation of 4,500 students with an average GPA of 3.6 during a three-year tenure.

· Promoted three pay grades while performing in a Senior Director role; foresight and leadership led to the promotion of 22 staff members and over 50 personal awards, increasing department promotion by 36% in a two-year period.
